Confidential Contact Person Appointment

Confidential Contact Person

At F.U.S.T. – Federal Student Union Tilburg, we understand that sometimes you may face situations where you need to speak to someone privately and safely. Whether it’s about personal concerns, experiences of inappropriate behavior, discrimination, or any other sensitive issue, our Confidential Contact Person is here to listen and support you.

What is a Confidential Contact Person?

A Confidential Contact Person (CCP) is a trained individual within F.U.S.T. who offers a safe, impartial, and confidential space for students to share their concerns.
They will listen without judgment, help you clarify your situation, and inform you about possible next steps or official support channels (such as Tilburg University’s confidential counsellors, ombudsperson, or student psychologists).

Our CCP does not take formal action or make reports on your behalf — your privacy and consent always come first.

This service follows the code of conduct and student welfare guidelines of Tilburg University to ensure that all contact remains confidential, respectful, and in line with university integrity policies.

When to Contact the CCP

You can reach out if you:

  • Have experienced or witnessed unwanted behavior, harassment, or discrimination.

  • Feel uncomfortable about something that happened within F.U.S.T. or during a university-related activity.

  • Need advice or a listening ear about a personal or social concern.

  • Are unsure where to turn for help and want to explore your options confidentially.
