What does a Treasurer do?
As Treasurer, you’re in charge of F.U.S.T.’s finances. From budgeting to keeping track of expenses, you make sure every euro is well spent. Ideal for someone with a sharp eye for numbers and a sense of financial responsibility.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with financial management, planning, and reporting—skills that are highly valued in any career. You’ll also learn to make strategic decisions that directly impact the success of the organization. Not only does this strengthen your CV, it also gives you the chance to make a real difference by ensuring student resources are used effectively and transparently.
General Board responsibilities:

Portfolios:
All Board Members are coordinators for at least one portfolio. These portfolio’s are set untill 2026. After the start of the new year boards are allowed to propose new portfolio’s as a part of their polcy plan for 2026. The current portfolio’s are:

Being involved in one or more of these portfolios offers you the opportunity to dive deep into real-world issues, lead initiatives that matter to students, and develop hands-on project management and policy experience—all of which are great additions to your resume and personal growth.
Services:
F.U.S.T. also offers services to its members and joined associations of which the Board is responsible. These services are:
Working on or overseeing these services gives you the chance to shape meaningful student support systems while building your organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
