Are you experiencing a student-related issue that deserves attention?

The F.U.S.T. (Federal Union of Students Tilburg) Complaint Box is here for problems that do not require legal assistance, but do require awareness, action, or structural improvement.

We welcome reports about:

  • Unclear or unfair procedures

  • Neglected infrastructure or facilities

  • Structural disregard of student rights

  • Policy issues affecting students

  • Other concerns that impact student life in Tilburg

Your input helps us identify patterns, address structural problems, and advocate for better policies and conditions for students.

What happens with your complaint?

F.U.S.T. reviews all submissions carefully. When necessary, we raise issues with educational institutions, the municipality, or other relevant organizations. Our goal is to improve systems — not just solve individual cases.

This complaint box is not intended for urgent matters or individual legal disputes. If you require legal advice, we recommend contacting the appropriate legal support services, which we can help you find through our legalaid (legalaid@fusttilburg.nl).
